   Oooo yes! Anything soil based I find a hydrogen peroxide mixture works well: Use standard 3% household hydrogen peroxide to make a safe mix for plants. For general maintenance and oxygenating soil, mix 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of 3% hydrogen peroxide per 1 litre (4 cups) of water.

   Those are baby millipedes. Millipedes are resistant to most pesticides, so physically removing them, replacing the soil with fresh, and changing growing conditions to make the spot less attractive to them are the best ways to manage them. Millipedes like dark moist crevices, so improve air flow and remove any hiding spots.
