It might be at the stage where you cut off healthy parts for propagating. The center looks too mushy to revive. 🪴🍀
3 Me gustaCut away the mushy leaves. Take a cutting or two to propagate just in case. Protect it from extreme temperatures (these should be indoors for winter.) Check roots for rot and treat with hydrogen peroxide if needed. When plants get cold they can go fully or partially dormant, so they don't use water as fast. It looks like you may have overwatered him because he wasn't as thirsty as he would be in summer
