Looks to be possible sunburn. Does it get direct sunlight? They are tropical and like bright light, but it needs to be filtered as though through a rainforest canopy. If it is on your porch and you can tuck it back into a corner where it still gets light, but not directly on the leaves it should perk up. You can remove the leaves and I would recommend going ahead and pinching off the flower so it can focus energy on pushing out replacement foliage.

Pinch the flower just means to remove it so the plant’s resources can go into creating the foliage. Most people typically pinch coleus flowers anyway since they are predominantly grown for the leaves.

It does look sunburnt. Some coleus varieties can take all day full sun. Check the label. Most need protection during the hottest times of the day. Older coleus varieties can take morning sun and bright afternoon shade like in my photo. You still have to acclimate them slowly or they will burn.
