water for six months put this on a hydroponic plant level — moving it straight to soil caused some shock, and then you doubled down with another repot. i know you had the best intentions!! i think waiting it out is your best bet at this point to avoid causing more stress. these are hardy — it will probably get worse before it gets better, but it can start over

Should i water it often? I was given it in a bag wrapped with soaking wet paper towles. I wasnt prepared for it so i didnt hsve the correct pot with drainage before

if this were my plant i would just wait it out — care for it the way i intend to care for it long term so it can adjust

When you repotted it, did you put it in soil? If so, it could be underwatered. It went from water to soil, which could have been too dry. I'm usually going from soil to Leca, but I’ve read other responses where people have said that when you transfer from water, keep the soil wet for about a week or so to allow the roots to adjust. also, it could’ve dried out the roots and then when you wet, it caused the roots to do a dry rot to the first thing I would do is check the roots.

Roots were fine when i repotted it. I checked and the soil is slightly moist. I watered it again the other day hoping that would fix the issue
