I got this albo syngonium almost 2 weeks ago and all of the leaves seem to be turning yellow. At first I thought it was just shocked from the transition of a green house to my house, but it doesn’t seem to be improving. I gave it some stuff to help its roots with transition shock and I have a grow light on it 12 hrs a day. I have already had to cut off a leaf and I’m getting worried. Even the new leaf seems to be struggling. Any recommendations?

If the yellowing is only on the white part, that is normal. It happens with most albos. You can help prevent by using a silica supplement. I will take a while to work. Look for mono silicic acid on the label. Other type is cheaper but does not work nearly as well.

It looks like the pot is not a standard nursery pot. Have you repotted or replaced all of the soil? I was wondering if it is root damage during repotting which could affect all of the leaves since all leaves are showing deterioration. What did you add to boost the roots to help with adjustment stress? Is that a self watering pot? This variety likes the soil to dry out between waterings.

I have repotted but i was very gentle with the roots. Some of the deterioration was there when i bought it but it has progressed. I used Mycorrhizal to boost the roots and it is not a self watering pot but I did let it dry out between watering.

I've recommended this to a couple other people, there is an excellent article called The ultimate Care guide for variegated indoor plants. It is at lovethatleaf.co.nz

It could just be adjusting to the new environment and the gentle repot. Repotting disturbs the root system no matter how gentle. I have several of these syngonium albos. Mine have no issues with the white sections of the leaves causing problems. Bright filtered light or morning sun helps them thrive. I fertilize them once a month in summer.
