I think it's just mold, you can scrape it off with a clean spoon. It's harmless to your plants

laura š©·šŖ“Itās nothing to worry about, just scrape it off or stir it into the plant. It may be a good time to aerate your plant soil to ensure itās draining and drying efficiently!
