Was cleaning my monstera’s leaves this morning & found these tiny white dots on all the leaves. Does this look like thrips?

They might be thrips if they are moving. It doesn’t look like damage from thrips. Google “leaf damage thrips” to see the devastation. 🪴🍀

It might be cystoliths, which are natural and nothing to worry about. I would isolate as a precaution and just keep an eye on it for a bit.

I had started noticing white particles on my leaves after Neem oil treatments. I thought it was something bad. Now I just wipe off and so far all good. Just a thought in case you also use Neem oil.
