Does this look like an overwatering issue to folks? Itās such a small spike, I canāt tell if itās squishy or shriveled!

1 LikeAbout a month? Did water it a couple days ago, but didnāt saturate him⦠still may have been too much?
1 LikeHmmm, yeah Iād wait a little longer, water him no more than once a month, Iād do it every other, maybe get a smaller drainage pot for him and a more chunkier soil, I used bonsai jacks cactus succulent mix off of amazon, works like a charm
1 LikeIt looks like overwatering to me because of where the yellow looks the āworstā. If it was green more towards the bottom and yellow at the top I would assume under watering.
3 Likesit could be overwatering, it could also be a normal bottom leaf dying off. i would keep it dry for the next little while + remove this one and go from there!

Succulents will use bottom leaves to survive if they are too dry. They then turn yellow or brown, shrivel and dry up. The plant is healthy. When was it last watered?

If you use a wooden skewer to check for soil residue it is a great indicator whether it needs it or not. If planta says water and there is residue just snooze. I have a ton of these guys and they do lose the odd bottom leaf. They are pretty hardy too. Your little guy is a very lovely green. š„°
