Hello all! I am having some issues with my monstera. I’ve had some issues the past couple of weeks with what looks like bite marks on his leaves. I assumed it may be a sneaky kitten attack, but now the leaves are showing these “bites” before the leaf even unfurls and I’ve never caught one of my kitties bothering the plant in the act. Could this be a bug or fungus of sorts??

Have to see more of the plant, but it looks like the plant isn’t receiving enough nutrients while still rooted enough to produce new (not full) growth.. I’d propagate but need to see pictures to know where from👍🏼

Here are a couple additional photos! If it is short on nutrients, could I repot with fresh soil/fertilizer?

I would give him a coco coir or a moss pole for support. If you want to avoid repotting but the soil is spent you can buy soil amendments, I haven’t personally used so can’t recommend or comment really. Also I give half strength fertilizer to all my plants every watering so they aren’t hungry. Good luck with your baby!
