Fungal infection from rotting roots caused by overwatering? Pull out the plant and check for root rot. Treat with hydrogen peroxide after cutting away the rot. Disinfectant the pot. Change the soil. Treat with a fungicide. You can lose a lot of leaves or the entire plant with fungal infections. I lost 2 of my 3 Hoya Obscura plants from fungal growth.

It looks very healthy. Root rot will look dark and feel soft. It will smell rotten. Assume it’s fungus and treat with a fungicide. Also, verify the soil is dry to the bottom before watering. Use a wooden skewer or similar tool to test for moisture in the soil.
