best treatments and after treatment for plants with thrips? I now found them on one of my prayer plants 😭 I generally unpot, rinse, spray with one of these two, let soak for a few hours, then rinse off really well before repotting and watering again. am I doing it right?

The main thing will be to keep treating as the spray directs for at least 45 days.

I've never repotted a thrip damaged plant. Just treat until the life cycle is complete.

Hydrogen peroxide is my best weapon against all the bugs now. It kills eggs and adults and actually great for your plants cus adds oxygen to the soil, so you can just rotate into your watering cycles - highly recommend!

I go full terminator and use systemic granules. Also made by Captain Jack. Sprinkle in when you water - then repeat every 2-3 months. Once I started doing this, I don’t have thrips reappearing when I think they’re gone

Systemic are definitely a great option for prevention too.
