Propagated and replanted these pothos a few months ago. Both have shown growth in the last few weeks, however I can’t figure out why the plant in front is drooping. I thought maybe overwatering, I typically wait 2-3 weeks between waterings. Any and all advice is welcome!! TIA

I think you need a much smaller pot. Pothos, like most plants, like to be pretty snug in their pot. Pothos also get root rot pretty easy, so a pot this size may stay wet too long, resulting in root rot. I would suggest a 4” pot, with good drainage to get those roots strong, and well established. (I got some good small starter pots at the dollar store) Now I may be wrong, but I think dropping leaves is a sign of under watering. Terracotta pots are difficult because they can dry out too fast. I would suggest, once you move it to a smaller pot, to water maybe once a week. Always check the moisture in the soil before you water, make sure it’s dry.

i think the leaves are drooping because of the pot being too big rather than underwatering. droopy leaves are due to stress usually (which is commonly caused by underwatering) but in this case i think it’s the stress of the pot being far too big for the root system. the soil looks like it might be too dense as well

I always start my Pothos propagations in water so they can grow roots before I drop them in soil. Also, it is almost impossible to overwater Pothos!
