What would the white spots be on my black prince? Also, the white texture on my jelly bean, doesn't look like mealy bugs

Looks like powdery mildew. Quarantine these guys as far away from your other plants as possible. The spores will travel like crazy. It is not always an easy fix and honestly the easiest solution would be to toss these guys… but there are other options! You can wipe down the leaves with diluted Isopropyl alcohol or vinegar but you’ll want to get in all the little nooks and cranny’s. (Every few days for 1-2 weeks) Some people use daconil if the plant is really bad. Copper fungicide appears to be helpful in some cases

You can remove leaves that are damaged or heavily affected. If you pluck any leaves off make sure to throw them in a sealable bag and try to throw it away in an outside trash can.
