I got this silver dragon 8 days ago, maybe like 2-3 days ago I noticed the bigger leaf started to droop, I thought maybe the pot was too big so I repot it into a smaller pot (today) but unsure if this is the issue, does anyone have any idea what could be wrong? (First photo is the day I got it and second it today)

i’m going to bet it was shock from all the changes. new to your home, and then a week later new pot. their roots are very delicate, you may have inadvertently upset them. the key now is not to over-correct. put it in an appropriately bright place, don’t let it dry out completely, and give her uninterrupted time to adjust
4件のいいねThe leaf started to shrivel before i repotted, i did have it in a corner that gets light but probably not bright enough light, I’ve moved it onto my porch that gets bright indirect light hoping that’ll help it

I agree with everyone else. The lighting, humidity, and frequency of water (even your PH) has caused it to go into shock. The same thing happened with my black velvet, the only way I could get it to be normal is to just let the leaves that were starting to droopy completely die off. Before the leaves die off I’m sure a new leaf will pop up and will be more acclimated to your home.
