I have this aloe massawana that looks to have some mold or fungus in its soil. Suggestions for getting rid of it?

I’ve read that sprinkling cinnamon helps keep the mold in check. I just tried this the other day on my ivy and my Chinese evergreen, so I can’t say yet if it’s helped, but maybe something to try? Then come back and compare notes!

It’s worked well so far! Sprinkled cinnamon and mixed it in with the top layer of soil after I posted this. Here is the 4 week update!

I pour in hydrogen peroxide and it kills it

Mix it around or take the top layer off and I like to add a bunch of cinnamon to the top of the soil to actually keeps it from growing mold
