Repotting causes some stress. But, it should not cause excessive leaf loss. I’m not completely sure about this because I don’t often see it in a pothos. It looks like excess water in the leaves called edema. It’s more common in alocasias. The leaf cells burst like a blister leaving that translucent appearance. The plant has too much water than it can use. The signs of excess water means too much water in the soil. There is too much soil for the amount of remaining vines/roots and it’s staying wet too long. The remaining vines can’t process the excess water. (High humidity and poor air circulation can also reduce the ability of the plant to get rid of excess water). I recommend holding off on watering again until the soil almost completely dries out. Look at the amount of living roots and reduce the pot size accordingly. The pot should be just slightly larger than the root ball. Repotting to a smaller pot gets rid of the excess soil and the excess moisture on the roots. 🍀🪴
