AlyssaFungal for sure, brown spots with yellow halo is classic. Take off all affected leaves and spray whole plant with copper fungicide for the allotted time on the specific bottle

Just ordered copper fungicide from Amazon it will be here tomorrow

Another question. When I cut off the leaves do I need to treat the cut areas?

Yes I would spray a little on the cut point for sure, fungal definitely spreads so want to try and choke it off
