Does anyone know what would cause this? I can’t tell if it’s a pest, or if it’s my cat. It happened to the leaf next to it and that leaf is pretty much gone now. I did see my cat bat at that leaf yesterday, but haven’t seen him mess with the plant that much so if it’s my cat, he’d have to be eating it in the middle of the night. Although, I have a feeling it’s not him.
it wouldn't hurt to double check for pests, but to me it looks like damage from your kitty. to prevent him from messing with it, you could try using peppermint or citrus oils/sprays or other scents near or on your plants that typically deter cats. hope this helps! :)

looks like your cat to me. those look like canine tooth punctures and tears.

Cat. I have a nibbler too. Keep away from spider plants as it makes them loopy 🤣
