NikillerNematodes are microscopic, unless they all made their way to the same spot I doubt it. Probably some kind of growth or something similar

ABagelThat is a fungus. It’s harmless, but you can scrape it off the top and sprinkle a little bit of cinnamon powder to prevent it from coming back.

Plant GuyI’m having the same issue with a couple of my plants.. harmless mold.. you can use hydrogen peroxide. But I’m going to try that cinnamon thing..

Oh also, it can be cause by stagnant air, so after you scrape off the top soil and sprinkle the cinnamon, get a fan lightly blowing around, don’t blast with an air conditioner, to prevent the top soil from doing this again, especially if the plant likes moist soil.

LeafyGreenhouseIt’s called (common name) egg mold it grows in humid/wet soil and completely harmless, you can repot or scoop out the spots with the mold

That is not egg mold, that's mushroom mycellium. It's most likely a flowerpot parasol. It's harmless to both people and plants, and makes a cute yellow to white mushroom when it blooms. While it's not technically toxic, it can cause stomach upset if eaten, so remove the mushroom part if you have kids or pets that might try it. You can keep it as a companion species, remove it for aesthetic reasons (scrape the soil when it appears), or remove it entirely with any basic fungicide. If it blooms into a mushroom very often, that can indicate that the soil is staying too wet. I actually have one of these in a pot all to itself; at some point I'm going to make it the main species in a fungus and lichen terrarium
