Hi! so my succulents lower petals are all falling off and shriveling up. i can’t tell if it’s due to over/under watering or if it’s an entirely different problem all together. please let me know what i can do to try and help! ps. ignore the pen, she needed some support and it’s all i could find in my dorm🥲

Do you know what type of graptosedum it is? But general care that I provide mine is lots of light. Some sun if possible. Because yours is needing support, I would suspect it’s not getting enough light. Soil should be very gritty with only about 20% organic. And then I water when the leaves are just starting to wrinkle. The reason I was asking what type of grapto, is because the leaves look more like a sedum adolphi. Most graptos have fatter leaves. The pic is my Adolphi, and they do trail eventually. Actually mine needs even more light that I’ve been able to supply.

have to agree with the previous comment, looks like it needs more light! it looks very leggy - aka it’s stretching to try to find some light. probably sacrificing its lower leaves to get closer to the light!

Honestly I believe it’s the pen that’s causing your problem for your succulents leaves doing that. I know they are very sensitive and do not like to be touched a lot because it removes the coating it has on them to protect them. That pen has bacteria on it from hands and everything else

I don’t agree with this. It’s not the pen, it just needs more light. Also, chopsticks from takeout will work just fine if you need a support!
