I have a new Hoya that we have been caring for for a few weeks now with a grow light for 12 hour cycles. Is this burning the leaves? What is the issue here that is making the discoloration. Only present on the underside of leaves.

If the grow light you put on it is the only change then it burned the leaves. It’s best to use LED lights on them. Or you may have put it too close to the leaf

Okay if it is the lights I can move the light source further away? Or should I do less time with the light?

      I’d say further away!

Could possibly be fungal. May need fungicide. Can't be 100% sure bc a lot of problems come up similarly. I'm just not used to seeing only the underside when it's possibly a lighting issue. Maybe try both ?¿?¿
