Hello! I have a cactus that’s growing rather odd and I’ve tried propping it up, but I’m just wondering if I could cut it off at a joint and propagate that or if that would damage the plant in any way

Hi, is this a christmas cactus? if so, they are meant to grow down like this. You can also prop from the joint and it will eventually promote new growth from the spot you cut from!

Im pretty sure it’s a moon cactus. It came with a colorful top but that died so I cut it off

Moon cactus are two cactus grafted together. The bottom one is a separate kind of cactus.

Yours looks too segmented to be a dragon fruit plant, but I don’t know much about them.
