If you are talking about the white bump in the third picture, that is an aerial roots. In nature they are used to attach to trees.

White flies are easy to see and fly up like smoke when you agitate the plants. It could be thrips if they are hard to see and photograph. Treat them all with neem oil. Isolate the plant. 🪴🍀

Like Sunny said, if they are flies/fungus gnats, any movement to the pot or plant and they will fly everywhere. I would say you most likely have thrips… seeing the little gray patches on the leaves. ISOLATE ASAP!!!! Thrips like attacking monsteras unfortunately, and they are very difficult to get rid of because they actually lay their eggs inside the plant tissues- so you have to REPEAT treatments. 1. Invest in a lint roller, or some masking tape, and physically remove as many as possible as OFTEN as possible. Just go over the leaves -top and bottom- with the roller is the easiest. 2. Since that will only remove the larvae and adults, not the eggs (laid inside the plant tissue), get insecticide soap and treat on a weekly basis. Don’t use dish soap, as this can be harmful to the plant. 3. REPEAT!! Here is an amazing page that helped me SO much & also has info. On other pests. It won’t let me post a URL, so just type in houseplantjournal .com /thrips (no spaces, obviously lol!) If you stay vigilant with treatments, you can beat them and save your baby! I’ve attached some photos as well :) best of luck & I hope this helped!!
