Any ideas why my monstera has some rolled up leaves? They arenāt yellow or droopy and all the other leaves look great. I just watered on Sunday morning (today is Tues). Thanks!!!

too many plants in that pot! hard to see without getting my hands in there but iām going to guess there are at least 4 plants, probably more. Monstera really likes to have its space. If you want a full bushy plant Iād limit to 2 or 3 in that pot. 3 is pushing it in this size. If you want a monstera giant, one per pot with a support like a sphagnum moss pole
1 gillaNO WAY! We bought it like this 𤯠is separating them something I can do that is beginner friendly? š
1 gillayou could try taking it out the pot and shaking it free of soil and it should separate on its own if not then still do these steps and separate them on your own you should be able to see where each plant ends and begins
1 gillaitās gonna be a little tricky but thatās how you get out of that beginner zone! also def watch some videos just in case so you donāt hurt her

1 gillaI was in the same boat about 2 months ago - total newbie who had a huge monstera that needed to be separated. I watched a ton of videos about propagating Monstera and took 3 big cuttings. They have been in water for the last 2 months and are almost ready to replant. The mother plant is so much happier and has pushed out many new leaves since I trimmed her up!
8 gillningari donāt think anyone has mentioned yet but the rolled up leaves are new leaves! š thatās how they grow - a little pointy fruit roll-up starts pushing out of the stem of the newest leaf, then eventually that fruit roll-up extends & unfurls. give it some time & theyāll flatten out. they start off light green & tender & they get a bit darker & firmer as they mature. thatās normal. that being said, it might still be good to separate all those plants like the other commenters say! but i would wait until those new leaves flatten & mature.

1 gillaCame here to say this. But fruit roll up is hilarious! š
1 gillaYou can just leave it for now. But time will come that youāll need to divide. I had seven plants in a 12 inch planter. It was beautiful but got to the point of being too wide and tall. I decided either throw it away or divide it. I did the task of dividing it. It was impossible to properly divide them. Did my best to separate them. A lot of root loss but each plant came thru. Some I repotted and some I placed in water. Iām just now offering the last two to neighbors. I put them in soil a few days ago using nursery pots so I could give them away. In return the neighbors have offered me cuttings from their plants. It was a major task but has all worked out well.
