I know she’s underwatered because of the yellowing leaves, but anyone know what these small black spots are?

Yellowing leaves aren’t just from under watering. It could be overwatering and diseases. Do the blk things come off?

Whether pests or fungus, I would begin a spray with a copper fungicide, once every seven days for four weeks…😮‍💨 Be vigilant, and stay on schedule until you are finished for best results. Good luck!

PS. If those were my plants, everything in the house would be on this spray program. Between black spot and fungus, I didn’t learn how careful I needed to be about spraying, since both of these problems can be so pervasive! If you have any more questions, let me know, and I’ll be glad to help you!

Looks like pests to me. I've been using a spray of three parts water one part alcohol and a few drops of dawn for any bugs. The yellow leaves might not necessarily be from over or under watering either, just the pests.
