Does this look like scale or something else? It’s slightly raised so I thought it was scale but I can’t scrape it easily with my fingernail and even wiping it down with a rubbing alcohol soaked paper towel and kind of scrubbing at it won’t remove it. The plant is generally underwatered and is a couple of metres away from an east facing window.
