Ok. So you can see where we started. And here we are today. My other calathea is bouncing back. This one I have done a root rot trim on about a week ago, have had it in a glass of water so it gets more oxygen. I did check it this morning and did a more through root rot trim cause it had a smell to it. And this is what’s left. So here’s my questions: 1. Lay her out for a bit to dry out some or just put her back in a glass of filtered water. 2. My plants live under grow lights for 12 hours a day, should I keep her under longer? 3. I only found one stem with color to it, the rest are black. Leave them or cut them off?

Cut all of the dead black roots off. (If it were me i would say RIP to it) I'm sorry. 😞

cut the dead stems and everything attached to them. they're doing nothing and will rot. if there's color there's something to save, though, i hope this one makes it!

Yes I’m unsure if this one will or not. I’m honestly just experimenting to see if I can do it.
