Mealy bugs! There are many different approaches - remove by hand with Q-tip soaked in rubbing alcohol, insecticidal soap sprays, pesticidal treatment sprays. Try google or just search for mealy bugs on the Planta search and you should find some good information.

I hate these guys!! Have found them difficult to get rid of, personally. Best of luck!

I just dealt with that. I have a few plants still in quarantine. Q-tips and alcohol work best. Also, make a mix of one part hydrogen peroxide to 3 parts water and pour it through the soil until it runs out the bottom. Then isolate and check every couple of days to make sure they haven't come back. They're so disgusting, right?

You could probably do the same thing that I did with my string plant. I filled up a huge pan that it would fit in with water and dish soap and a little alcohol and just dunked it a few times.
