Does anyone know what’s happening to my milkweed plant??
looks like maybe aphids? if they are, i’d recommend maybe investing in some predatory insects :)

1 mi piaceAphids, thrips and spider mites. This is bad. Spray this down. Predatory mites will definitely help
1 mi piaceThank you so much! This is what I was wondering if it was more than one thing
0 Mi piaceThis happened with some of mine too! Ladybugs really help. Be careful with any products you use because pollinators love these plants

1 mi piaceAphids. Get a garden hose and spray them off onto the concrete at high noon. Hopefully, the sun will bake them before they fly back to yours plants. I have ants, lizards, wasps and frogs that eat a lot of them. Buy ladybugs to clear out the rest. Use neem oil in the evening to avoid sunburn through the oil if you go that route.
