Hey all, I have a transdecantia that has recently started doing well. The soil has these white growth with red tops. I’m thinking it’s mold of some kind. Any advice on if I need to get rid of it and how would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Yup I agree! Looks like mold to me too. I usually just pick out the “clumps” and you can also try sprinkling cinnamon on the soil to prevent it from growing again. It just happens when the soil on top stays wet for too long. You can also try bottom watering to make sure the top soil doesn’t get too moist. Cinnamon can be a good natural/easy fungicide tho! 😁

second this! as long as it’s just on the top you’re totally fine. scrape it off, and start to bottom water. especially for nanouks! water just loves to get cupped in the leaves 🙄
