The pot has drainage. However it is one of the self watering pots. I am sorry I don’t know what Pon is
0 likesAh, yeahh the self watering pots can get a bit too wet sometimes. Oh it’s okay, like semi hydro, non soil type of mix?

Yes. That is in the mix

I also would recommend cleaning the leaves, there appears to be either dust or spider mites on the plant it’s hard to tell from the picture but spider mites can cause damage like this as well. And alocasias are unfortunately spider mite magnets. I also recommend not misting the leaves on her because alocasias are prone to fungal issues when the leaves are misted.

Thanks so much!! Will do
1 likeIf you do have spider mites water and unscented Castile soap mix will kill any remaining ones off. Just wash the leaves well and treat it with the spray every couple days over the course of a couple weeks and it should get rid of them. Snd also check any surrounding plants for a while as well because why can travel through the air and I fed other plants! Good luck!

Thanks. Just treated it and aerated the soil. I previously had one that died under similar circumstances. I say that because I was on an extended vacation visiting our son and my daughter was plant sitting. She threw the plant out as it looked really bad and didn’t want it infecting the other plants. I need to watch my prayer plants for similar issues.
