I put it in my garage for now, thereās not enough light for it but everywhere else with good lighting already has plants and I donāt want the problem to spreadā¦

I would put some rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and do your best to spray and get down in between the āleavesā as best you can. If the rubbing alcohol makes contact with the mealy bugs it should kill them. If you canāt see them, what makes you think you have mealy bugs?
3 gillningarI saw one around the top part of the plant and when I tried spreading it apart a bit I think I saw some others so I guess Iām kind of assuming but Iād rather be safe than sorry
1 gillaId you have one Iām sure there is more. Treat the whole plant like Allie suggested. š. Good luck!
1 gillaI sprayed it today, had to go out to buy some rubbing alcohol. How will I know when itās safe to put back with the other plants?

Thats a little tough to say if you canāt see them. I think I might spray the rubbing alcohol again after a handful of days and keep an eye out for any more signs of them. You could move it inside in a window but just not have it too near to any other plants. Maybe give it another week or 2 before putting it back close to another plant
