    Overwatered, it should be once every two weeks.

    I agree it’s overwatered. The root cause is the large amount of soil holding water the plant can’t use up. Watering to a strict schedule will only make it worse. The soil should completely dry out before watering again. It will take too long to dry out in that much soil. I recommend repotting to a much smaller pot to remove the excess soil. The pot should be about 1” or 2” wider than the diameter of the plant’s base.
