Lulu! (Cactus fam)
Hello!! This is my cactus, and I was wondering why he’s yellow down bottom…it might just be age, he’s 4 years old I think, but I also wonder if I need to get him a new pot…help?

It’s when the cactus gets harder on the bottom and darker (close to brown normally) and is caused by age, genetics and can be caused by environmental stress. It’s not usually bad for the cactus if it’s caused by age or genetics but I would check the roots and soil just in case.
