What’s going on with my lavender? I have 6 of them, they were thriving for about 6 weeks, now all of a sudden they’re turning black and getting droopy. As you can see, the violas in the same planter are doing great so I don’t think it’s pest-related. The ones looking the worst seem to get the least water, but they all get watered everyday. Am I overwatering/underwatering? Are they maybe root bound? Do I need fertilizer? This is my first year growing lavender so I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong here.

Hmmm what climate are you in? Lavender hates really hot climates, since they come from the Mediterranean where it’s more temperate

Yeahhh, I’d say it’s sun stressed and dehydrated, I’d pot it in its own pot in sandy rocky soil, cut off any dry crusty bits, water it and then maybe keep it inside close to a window or sliding door for plenty of light but more temperate conditions
