Trying to revive a dead mint plant. I pruned down all the dead branches to the soil and watered. I know have it in direct sunlight. Just started today

It will be less stressful to get a new starter plant.

Mint is crazy voracious and can come back from roots as that's how they spread, so I'd keep giving it a chance. Just don't let it escape the pot or it will take over. Mine competes with lawn grass now

I put a pot with a dead chocolate mint in the garage and forgot about it. Noticed some little green tips a few days ago... It had gotten really cold here, like definitely cold enough to kill potted plants, so I figured I'd just compost it when the weather warmed up, but now I just have mint again. Don't water it again unless you see signs of life, but otherwise just give it a little more time and see what happens!
