Does any one know what could be causing this please? 2 leaves started splitting a few weeks ago and today they were limp near the top so I’ve cut them off the top bits that were affected. The soil is really quite dry so I don’t think it’s overwatering? And how can I stop the rest of the plant getting infected please or prevent this from happening to other leaves? Thank you

The middle part of the plant is thriving but those 2 older outside leaves are really struggling this was the plant in June

Drooping and leaf splitting is usually a watering issue

Thank you. Wondering if it has blight though as it’s only at the top of the leaf?

Mmm that's showing a leaf that's completely discolored and looks like mush on the top half, and looks like a fungal infection. Literally anything is possible with plants though, different living environments give off varying signs. You could douse it in a fungicide to cover your bases. And make sure to sanitize your shears

Thank you I’ve ordered a fungicide so hopefully that will clear up anything 😅 it shouldn’t harm the plant if I give it that and it hasn’t got a fungal infection should it?

It shouldn't, no. As long as it's not something crazy harsh, it should be fine. I usually just use a 1:3 peroxide:water dilution, peroxide straight, or Growsafe. And i use the growsafe on tissue culture plantlets that are basically bubble boy with no protective coatings. And never have had an issue

i think it might be under watered, it doesn’t look too mushy. the top of the leaves being more soft will happen when under watered because it has none to make the leaves nice and firm
