   Looks lovely and healthy! Monstera leaves lean like that and the plants like to climb, which is why they need support as they get bigger. It also looks like you may have more than one plant in the pot. If you do, and you turn them to all face the same direction (monsteras have a front and back) or even separate them into separate pots then you’ll find them growing more uniformly and likely getting fenestrations faster ☺️
