    this is a burn. did you spray with neem?

      it’s a friends plant, im pretty sure she’s sprayed it with some bug spray for plants. i think it was organic? idk if that makes a difference

    If she sprayed it and left it in the sun or directly under a grow light, that will do it. To prevent burning your leaves, you have to move the plant away from the light until it is completely dry.

    I found a leaf like that on my ruby and found spider mites when I inspected it.
