    I'd say repot it bc it's root bound, and don't leave it in the direct sunlight but mostly in the sunlight and water it more often if it's in the direct sunlight, I might be wrong tho

    With the leaves looking brown it looks like the rot has spread to the plant unfortunately..

    Mine looked like that after a freeze. So I repotted and cut leaves down and kept in part shade. I can see some new green growth. So there is hope
