Hey! Ive had this swiss cheese plant for a while, propped in watter for months and she was thriving. After potting her, shes not doing to hot. Its been about a month since i moved her to soil. She lost a leaf, her other big leaf is dying and her smallest leaf died too. Whats going on??

It sounds like shock. Poor thing it looks so sad. Since its been a month and she's not getting any better i would put her back in water to see if you can save her. I've had to do that before and it worked then after its strong again you can put her back in soil.

It should be over shock in a month. It could be over watering if the white material on the top of the soil is mold/fungus which flourishes in continuously moist soil. Check for root rot. Replace the soil. I recommended adding lots of perlite to the soil for better drainage. Get more airflow around the plant to help faster dry the soil. Allow the soil to dry between waterings. Don’t strictly follow a schedule. Place in bright indirect sunlight or under a grow light. Fertilize regionally. 🪴🍀
