My flaming katy is having a blooming good time hehe but what’s on its leaves? I don’t think it’s something that’s alive (it’s not moving at least)… is it something to worry about? I’ve cleaned a lot of it off but hard to shift it x

Some type of insect larvae? Possibly the young form of fungus gnats

I personally would bath this plant IMMEDIATELY. And remove it from any other plants. These are definitely bugs not sure what kind. I would also recommend an insecticidal soap or spray. I personally love Arbors fungicide and insecticide bundle! Kills all bugs and everything they eat too!

Oh right yes I definitely will! Thank you! 🥰👍🏻 I’ll also look up Arbors, is it available in the UK?

That's definitely an insect. Could be a type of gnat, mite, or aphid?

I’m having a similar issue. This plants has bloomed 3-4 times in the last year. All of a sudden, these little things popped up. I’ve used neem oil, but they’re still here…any suggestions?
