Hey does anyone know what’s causing the end of my spider plant leaves to go yellow, brown and crispy? Both my spider plants seem heathy and are growing new little leaves still, so I’m not sure why some of the ends are dying? Any ideas welcome:)

Are you watering with tap water? Spider plants are a little sensitive to fluoride found in tap water; which can accumulate in the plant and affect its overall health. Try watering with either rainwater or distilled water and see if you notice any improvements over the next few weeks!

I am currently using tap water… This might seem a bit of a silly question but do you know where to buy distilled water from in person? I work in Tesco and we don’t sell anything of the sort, I’ve found some online on Amazon etc but would rather not have to order water… I’m UK if that helps:)

For me, this happens no matter what I do. I’ve never had any issues with it though. The browning only stays at the tips.
