Hey everyone! I have this succulent that’s been spontaneously watered since being planted. It’s gotten really long and it’s seemingly alive but is there any hope for it? What can I do to save it?

You can try cutting off the end rosette and planting in high grit soil. Leave enough stem to stabilize in the new soil. This is a succulent that does best outside. It needs hours of direct sun to grow properly. It normally grows in areas with cold winter weather. They are extremely sensitive to being overwatered.

If you do this, be sure to let the cutting callous over before placing in it’s new substrate. You can even continue to water the parent plant and it should start to grow new little plantlets.
