    Is it too wet? Check the roots are not mushy or smelly. Has the root ball outgrown the pot. Does the pot have drainage holes?

    If it’s near the base, it could just be dropping old growth. They do that sometimes to provide more energy for new growth. I find a fully yellow leaf about every 2 weeks on my Jade Pothos!
