I have a question regarding outdoor plants. Does anyone cut back their peony bushes in the fall? And what about daylilies? Should those be cut back?

SpringvisionI cut my peonies right back to the ground when the leaves have browned. Daylilies not necessarily depending on where you live and if the leaves stay green through the winter.
