I've had this plant since June 2024 and he was doing really good but now he isn't, I brought him in when it started to get cold (I live in Michigan) and I wanna know if there's anything I can do to save him

Usual succulent care. Sun or strong grow lights, and let soil dry out completely before drenching.

maybe check on the roots as well. if you see any rot or unhealthy roots, trim them off and repot with a chunky, well draining succulant mix :)
3 J'aimeI came to comment essentially the same as what Phil and c.cat have both said so now I’m here for emotional support lol But in all seriousness, check for root rot, (if it has root rot, cut the bad roots off, dip in rooting hormone and repot), and get it under a grow light if you can!
