Good morning everyone. I am thinking my Red Scarlett has a fungus. Anyone familiar?

I see no fungus in the pictures. Please, show the soil at a better angle like looking down. Most fungi start at the soil.

I will have to defer to a bromeliad plant owner to address the dots, dry leaf tips and dry leaf edges. My guess would be inconsistent watering where the plant goes from too dry to too wet. Dry edges show too little water at some time. Burst leaf cells, the spots, show too much water causing blisters that pop and dry out. This is a guess. 🍀🪴
