wondering if anyone could advise me on what's going on with my pilea leaves? (the lighter dots around the edges) this is on two separate plants and i'm not sure what is happening and how to fix it

plantgeekeither overwatering or sunburn. these look like they're right next to each other so i'd go with sunburn

these are the only 2 leaves with it so yea sunburn seems likely, do i need to cut those leaves off or are they okay to stay? i have the plants near the window but they don't get full sun but might be best to move them further away just in case anyway

they're fine to leave on, if the plant doesn't want them anymore it'll kill the leaves. i would move a foot or two away if possible

thank you for your help 🙏 they have stayed on for a lil while now so it must not be too bothered, i shall relocate them also ☺️
