Curious if anyone knows why the one leaf is going south? Rest seems to do fine. Water when it drys out. Have it under grow light in East facing window. It does stay wet for a week or so before it starts to really dry out so it gets water every 1.5-2 weeks

Sounds like you’re definitely giving it the right amount of light and the soil looks like a great mixture. How much do you let it dry out in between waterings? Whenever I have an older leaf that turns bright yellow with some browning like that, it’s usually something to do with watering.

It looks very healthy and actively growing, it could be a leaf that’s ready to go so it can put energy towards new ones.

Ya it looks like your main plant tried to have a baby sprout or it’s an older leaf and it just didn’t survive in the environment for some reason. Sometimes it’s just not our fault!

Sometimes old leaves die, and it’s not our fault. If it continues to happen and you’ve not changed anything in routine, perhaps check for root rot.
